Course Description

It is geared for everyone from the data center novice to the most experienced IT and facilities technicians and managers. The Data Center Operations course covers data center management, including issues facing data center managers, practical steps to implement ITIL, data center management tools, and the IT Service Management metrics which will help you to optimize your data center management.
