Begin by facing the cable machine with the cable stationed closest to the ground. Using the rope attachment, take two steps back and get into your squat stance (feet just outside shoulder width apart). While grasping the handles in both hands, keep your arms fully extended as you drop down into your squat, then row the cable towards the base of your rib cage as you stand up. You should be pinching your shoulder blades together with the row, and pressing through your heels and squeezing your glutes as you come out of the squat.
