Video tersebut terjadi di Kalanis, Kabupaten Barito Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah.
Berdasarkan informasi, pelaku pemotongan tali kapal tongkang sudah berhasil diamankan.
Belum diketahui motif pelaku tersebut nekat memotong tali penyambung kapal tongkang tersebut.
