A five-story "building" was spotted cruising along the Yangtze River in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Saturday. The "building" was actually a floating restaurant. Authorities said the hotel needed to relocate due to policies. Since it had no power, it needed to be pushed forward by a pair of boats to its new location.
