A comforting, thick and filling vegetarian soup without being heavy. Delicately flavored with garlic, dry herbs and pepper powder.

Ingredients:
Cabbage(finely chopped) 1 cup
Sweet corn(finely chopped) ½ cup
Garlic(finely chopped) 2 tsp
Butter 1 ½ tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Onion(finely chopped) 1
Salt to taste
Potato(finely chopped) 1
Origano ½ tsp
Thime ½ tsp
Rose merry ½ tsp
White pepper powder ½ tsp
Leeks ¼ cup
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Milk 1 ½ cup
Spring onion(finely chopped) 2 tsp
Cream 2 tsp
Method:
1. Take butter in a hot pan and add garlic, onions, salt, bay leaf and sauté it.
2. Now add cabbage, sweet corn, potato, and dry herbs like origano, thime, rose merry, white pepper powder and mix properly.
3. After a minute add leeks, all purpose flour and sauté nicely.
4. After a minute add water and let it boil.
5. Once it starts boiling add milk and simmer it for 3 min and switch off the flame.
6. Now add fresh cream, fresh spring onions and take out the bay leaf then add cheese before serving.
