How to rapair a broken led-lamp quickly if one of the leds has burned out.
At first you should tear off the diffuser. Then test leds for serviceability by small current and find those broken. Tear away them. Then close with solder the bared contact pads.
You can replace with solder (short circuit) up to 4 leds in a similar lamp (with 8 leds), so the lamp will still works, but produces less bright glow.
