Super simple recipe in this video, but extremely quaffable. The Southside. You COULD call it a Gin Mojito or a Gimlet with mint, but the correct name is Southside. I also give you 2 pro tips so make sure you look out for them!
Southside
6-10 mint leaves
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Lime Juice
2 oz (60ml) Gin
Shake well and serve up. Garnish with a basil leaf. Just kidding, a mint leaf :)
