The Better Data-Driven Charities (BDDC) programme aims to uplift data proficiency in the social service sector by providing resources for SSAs to become more data-driven in their journey to achieve better client outcomes and operational objectives. Through the programme, carefully-curated data templates are created for the SSAs to generate automated dashboards that can analyse data and provide deeper insights on 4 shortlisted common use cases for Donation, Volunteer, Case and Human Resource (HR) Management.
