In this video, Doctor Jonathon May, DPT will teach you how to properly do a tuck jump as part of a warm up routine or a circuit. This exercise is a great way to strengthen your legs and improve your cardiorespiratory system. It's important to do cardiorespiratory exercises regularly to strengthen your heart and lunges and improve oxygen distribution throughout your body so you can stay active and healthy throughout your life.
This isn't the only way you can strengthen your cardiorespiratory system. You can find more exercises in Jonathon's book, other videos on the Sound Balance Youtube channel (subscribe and ring the bell so you don't miss out), or at our blog.
This exercise can easily be done from home as part of a warm-up or circuit. You can set a timer to see how many you can do in 30 seconds to 2 minutes or you can go until you feel fatigued. This could be 1 rep or 100 reps. Start where you are and try to improve. You will want to do at least a 5 minute warm-up and do 75-150 minutes of cardio no less than 5 days a week.
This exercise and others are highlighted in Jonathon's book. Learn more about the book at [ Ссылка ]
