I tried making these No-Churn Snickers Ice Cream Bites. Layers of chocolate, caramel ice cream, with a bit of crunch from roasted peanuts,my oh my😍
Here is how to make it:
-First and final layers are made of chocolate. Melt 200gm chocolate with 3tbsp butter in a microwave or using double boiler method. Make sure you use a good quality cooking Chocolate. (My chocolate didn’t set for this reason). Once the melted chocolate has cooled down, transfer some into a mould, and let it freeze for an hour.
-Ice cream layer: Make whipping cream using powder or heavy cream. When soft peaks are formed, add 2tsp caramel and 1/2tsp unsweetened cocoa powder and whip until firm peaks are formed. Add 1tbsp whipped cream, 1tsp caramel, again some cream and freeze for atleast 4 hours.
-For final layer, mix some roasted peanuts in the chocolate and then fill up the moulds. Freeze overnight. Enjoy!
