Sugar- 1/4 cup ( 50 g)
Luke warm milk- 130 ml ( 1/2 cup +2 tablespoon)
Instant yeast - 1 &1/4 teaspoon
Unsalted butter - 2 tablespoon ( 30 g)
Egg-1 ( room temperature)
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
Cream filling:
Unsalted butter-150g ( softened)
Powdered sugar- 1/4 cup ( 50 g)
