Restoring a vintage 1971 GI Joe Signal Flasher, one of the sets from the Action Pack Series by Hasbro for the Adventure Team line of toys.
This signal flasher has heavy battery corrosion on the terminals and battery holders. The diagram for battery position is encrusted in rust, and will need to be re-created. The lens is intact, but very dull from years of play and storage. See how I went about bringing this non-working Signal Flasher back into action.
