It's been three days since the devastating floods that have killed 158 people swept through southern Valencia, in eastern Spain, and the residents of Utiel are still dealing with the damage. Using tractors or simple shovels, they clear the streets swamped with mud and blocked by piled-up vehicles and debris carried by the floods. FRANCE 24’s Coline David reports.
