This is a quick video on my experience removing stripped brake rotor screws on my Honda Civic.
I used a 3/8" drill bit. It doesn't have to be 3/8" but smaller than the rotor screw will work.
As mentioned in the video, the rotor screws are just used to hold the rotor on during assembly and are not necessary to replace so I decided to drill them out.
(JIS) Japanese Industry Standard is the actual screw type. I didn’t have the JIS tool bit but, either way, mine were so rusty that I still had to drill them out.
