In this video, I demonstrate a method for tightening up those floppy ball joints that will occasionally pop up on a Hot Toys Iron Man figure, or a Threezero Transformer, or any other sixth scale or quarter scale figure with a breakaway ball joint in the shoulders, neck, hips, or ankles.
All you'll need is a hair dryer or heat gun and a set of these in the appropriate sizes:
