It's the 1st January 2025 and i took a trip to Chester and Wrexham for the 2025 Vintage Bus Charity Running Day. We start at Chester Railway Station with a Leyland Olympian and Bristol RE along with one of the few service buses running this day, a Traws Cymru express service. We then experience a ride on the RE on the way to Wrexham, North Wales. Here is where the main action takes place and we see London Transport RT 4548, brought back to the UK in 2010 after 30 years in Canada working at Niagara Falls. Also seen is a Crosville Lodekka and a DOG class Olympian along with some more recently preserved modern ex Stagecoach vehicles.
