The Silfra fissure in the Thingvellir National Park, just outside of Reykjavik is one of the most unique diving setting in the world. The extremely clear meltwater from the nearby glacier and the narrow and deep fissure between the two tectonic plates of North America and Eurasia, allow you to almost feel like levitating between two massive tectonic plates. Silfra is a rather technical dive, requiring you to have sufficient dry suit diving experience, but going through the effort to obtain the necessary certification before your trip, is well worth it, as you can see in this video.
Sorry for the shaky footage, I was diving in Silfra in 2019 and had no idea I would ever do a video about it, so I didn't record it with any cinematic intentions.
