At our recent game against Birmingham City at Oakwell, the fans, players and staff at Barnsley Football Club joined together to pay tribute to Norman Rimmington who sadly passed away last week, at the age of 93.
Rimmo was a man who meant so much to the Club and our town, and he will be deeply missed. Tributes to Norman have been pouring in since he passed away and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped us to pay our respects at Oakwell and celebrate the life of a true Club legend.
Rest in peace, Rimmo.
