In this video, we will take you on a walk through the history of our farmhouse or Casa Colonica in northern Tuscany. We are lucky to be friends with the family who farmed here. Celia is a conservator and we have done our best to restore and conserve this house, so it has retained its character and feel. We consider ourselves to be custodians of the house's mighty chestnut beams, thick stone walls and terracotta floors and roof. In the corners of the house and its cellars are objects that take us back in history. We would love to hear about the story of your houses as well.
