The West African Power Industry Convention (WAPIC) took place at the Eko Hotel & Suites this past November. In the opening session the Minister for Power Prof. Chinedu Nebo, Mr Tony Elumelu CON, Chairman Heirs Holding and Mrs Damilola Ogunbiyi, GM Lagos State Electricity Board spoke in their various presentations on the benefits and value created through the privatization of the power sector.
