1. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Contract for Radio System Maintenance with the Lowest Responsible Bidder.
Legislative Memo: This resolution provides for the maintenance of the radio systems used primarily by, and vital to the City’s Police and Fire Departments.
2. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into a Contract for the Purchase of Original Equipment Manufacturer Automotive Parts for the City’s Fleet of Vehicles on an “As Needed Basis”.
Legislative Memo: All products purchased from the distributor shall be at a deep discount due to the volume of parts that shall be purchased on an “as needed basis”, realizing a significant cost savings for the City.
3. Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into an Agreement for Professional Program Management Services for the City’s Transportation Department and to Amend the Budget.
Legislative Memo: The City desires to enter into an agreement with a professional program management firm to provide procurement and management assistance to the City for various bus improvement projects funded with Federal and State funds. Funds for the cost of this firm is fully provided through FTA funding.
4. Resolution Authorizing Publication of a Notice of Public Hearing of an Application to Waive the Off-Street Parking Requirements for Premises: 1048 West Beech Street (street floor), Long Beach, New York.
