She Made Canadians Fall in Love With Nigerian Food. This is the story of how She started a Nigerian Restaurant in Kamloops BC and she has been enjoying not just Nigerian patronage, but local, Canadian patronage as well. This lady is a true definition of what you can achieve if you set your mind to something. During the course of our trip, we stopped by twice to enjoy her meals and I am definitely going back.
