Mustard - 1/4 Tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves - For Tempering
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Lemon - 1 No.
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 2 to 3 Tbsp
Kollu Vadai
Horse Gram - 1/4 Kg
Gram Dal - 3 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli - 5 to 6 No’s
Fennel Seeds - 1 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilli - 3 No’s
Crushed Garlic - 15 to 10 Cloves
Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp
Onion (Big Size) - 2 No’s
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - Few Strings
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
