Patatnik is a traditional Bulgarian dish. It's come from the region of Rodopi mountain. There are variety of ways to prepare it. This is my favorite way.
Ingredients for 8 servings:
500 g potatoes
5 sheets of filo pastry
200 g white brined cheese
3 eggs
1 onion
½ tsp dried spearmint
60 ml sunflower oil
30 g butter
salt
