A military court martial in the Northern Uganda district of Abim has sentenced a UPDF soldier to death after finding him guilty of killing a Special Police Constable at a parish known as Pupu Kamuya.
Private Charles Nduhura who was attached to the 23rd battalion was found guilty of killing Abraham Ole in 2008 at a village Easter celebration after his phone went missing.
