Levy's new book, 'Spy Stories: Inside the Secret World of the RAW and the ISI,' co-authored by journalist Cathy Scott-Clark, talks about the alleged secret machinations between the two agencies. At Off the Cuff, Levy discussed his understanding of how the two agencies work, the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, the 2001 Indian Parliament attack, and the 2019 Pulwama attack, among other things.
