The opportunity wage gap for women means that it took women 15 months to earn what men earned in only 12 months in 2020. Looked at another way, women start working for free each day at 2:40 PM. Research has demonstrated repeatedly that when women do well, families do well. When families do well, communities do well. When communities do well, the countries do well.
