Follow these steps to make delicious cauliflower on the braai. Serve as a side, or as a main ;-)
You will need:
- 2 small cauliflower heads
- 45ml capers
- 60ml sultana
- 120g butter
- 10g parsley
- olive oil
Light your Weber Kettle braai indirect heat using coal baskets.
Dress the cauliflower with olive oil, season, place on an indirect heat and close your Weber. Yes, lid on!
Cook until tender and beautifully caramelized, and smokey, this should take around 45 minutes.
On a high direct heat melt butter with capers until butter has browned nicely
Finish with parsley, sultanas, and lemon juice
Dress the tender Cauliflowers with Caper and Sultana butter.
