As part of Dasara festival, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), has organised package tours for tourists to visit the attractions in and around Mysuru. With the
Giri Darshini package tour, one can visit Bandipur, Gopalaswamy Betta, Biligiriranga Hills, Nanjangud, and Chamundi Hill, with a fare of Rs 400 for adults d Rs 250 for children.
Jala Darshini package tour allows one to visit the Golden Temple, Dubare Forest, Nisargadhama, Abbey Falls, Raja's Seat, Harangi Reservoir, and KRS Reservoir, with a fare of Rs 450 for adults and Rs 300 for children.
Deva Darshini package tour offers visits to Nanjangud, Talakadu, Bluff, Mudukuthore, Somanathapura, Srirangapatna, and KRS, with a fare of Rs 300 for adults and Rs 200 for children.
Tourists can reserve seats in advance for the package tours at the Mysuru Central Bus Station, the KSRTC private avatar booking counter, and through www.ksrtc.karnataka.gov.in, according to a release.
