Vegan Banana Brownie Recipe 🍌🍫

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (approx. 300g, without peel)
75 ml rapeseed oil
75 ml oat drink
Baking mix + chopped dates
Some margarine & flour (for greasing the pan)
1 banana (for decoration)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mash the bananas into a puree. Mix with rapeseed oil, oat drink, and baking mix. Fold in chopped dates for extra sweetness.
2️⃣ Pour the mixture into a greased pan. Top with a sliced banana for decoration.
3️⃣ Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (convection) for 55-60 minutes. Let it cool, slice, and enjoy!
