중부 호우 특보
Central regions will be affected by monsoon rain throughout the whole week. Over the next 48 hours or so, 30 to 80 millimeters are forecast in the capital and the surrounding regions.
Meanwhile southern coastal regions and Jeju will see showers due to the indirect effect of a tropical storm. The 3rd typhoon of the season, tropical storm Nanmadol, is moving northwest from Taiwan. The system will approach waters south of Jeju Island tomorrow... then it's expected to turn toward Japan before losing steam on Wednesday.
So far the weather agency says the waters off Jeju and the southern coastal regions could be affected by typhoon... and see showers starting tonight. Central regions will be under the influence of the monsoonal front through the week,
Today's temperatures will be slightly higher than yesterday, getting up to 28 degrees Celsius in Seoul and Daejeon while Daegu will rise to 32 degrees.
With that in mind, let's take a look at the international weather for viewers around the world.
While it's forecast to be a very rainy day in South Korea,... North Korea will also see rainfall with thunder and lightning at times.
As for major cities in Asia, Beijing and Islamabad will have similar weather patterns under bright skies with a high of 36 degrees Celsius.
Those of you in Sydney, Melbourne and Wellington will need rain gear along with a warmer jacket.
Heading to North America, Chicago and Mexico City will have unstable weather conditions along with thunder and lightning.
As for South America, sunny skies are in store in Buenos Aires with a high of 18 degrees.
Taking you to Europe, a rainy Monday is in store in Moscow with a high of 19 degrees Celsius.
Lastly to Africa, a hot and sunny Monday is in the forecast in Dakar with a high of 30 degrees.
