"Mainly we deal with the serving of the food, so we started off as our family for the past few days then now we would like to hand over to Red Cross today and we hope that everything will be okay with them. What we are doing is, we are serving three meals a day and we hope that Red Cross can take it over from there and do the same thing from now until whenever the displaced people will have a refuge."

STORYLINE
Relief workers at a make-shift food distribution camp played music for children and other displaced people on Monday as they waited for more aid to arrive.
Kenya's president Mwai Kibaki and his chief rival Raila Odinga made key concessions to end the dispute over the country's elections, calling off protests and agreeing to talks under pressure from the United States as the death toll from a week of violence reached nearly 500.
Thousands of people have been displaced by the violent protests and tribal clashes.
In Nairobi's Jamhuri Park, people from the capital's various slum areas have been arriving over the past few days in search for food and aid.
Relief workers and other volunteers on Monday prepared food in large pots to music played in an effort to raise the spirits of small children and other displaced people who have been forced to flee from their homes.
"We are serving three meals a day and we hope that Red Cross can take it over from there and do the same thing from now until whenever the displaced people will have a refuge," said Alvin Gachie, one of the relief workers.
