Chinese Chicken Pakora:
Ingredients
Chicken breast cubes 1
Sweet corn ½ cup
Baking powder ½ tsp
Cabbage thinly sliced 1 cup
Carrot grated ½
Spring onion 2 chopped
Green chilies finely chopped 2
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt & black pepper 1 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Flour 5 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Egg white 1
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together, heat oil and deep fry until golden and crisp, serve with chili garlic dip.
Chinese Style Potatoes:
Ingredients
Potatoes boiled 1 kg
Oil ½ cup
Chopped garlic 4 tbsp
Green chili chopped 2
Sweet chili sauce ½ cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Tandoori color a pinch of
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Stock 1-½ cup
Corn flour dissolved 2 tbsp
Capsicum julienned 1 cup
Onion 1
Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil, fry chopped garlic till light golden, add chopped green chilies, seasonings, boiled potatoes, chicken powder with water, onion and capsicum, when mixture boiling thicken with corn flour slurry, garnish with spring onion leaves, serve hot.
Crunchy Pasta Balls:
Ingredients
Tiny macaroni boiled 2 cups
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
White sauce ½ cup
Cream 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Tikka chunks ½ packet
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Orange color a pinch of
Cheese cubes 2
Cream 1 tbsp
Tandoori masala 1 tsp
Cabbage finely chopped ½ cup
Capsicum finely chopped ½
Carrot grated ½ cup
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
For Coating
bread crumbs crushed as required
Beaten egg 1-2
METHOD
Shred boiled chicken and chopperize, mix all together, beat egg, put 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp milk, salt and pepper, crushed bread crumbs, coat the pasta balls with egg and bread crumbs then deep fry.
Mandarin Shake:
Ingredients
Chilled milk 2 cups
Orange juice ¾ cup
Mango juice ½ cup
Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
Crushed ice 1 cup
METHOD
Blend all together, serve with mint leaves.
