Senate GOP advance their remedies to what ails public schools
A representative of the State Building and Construction Trades Council took issue with a limited study by the Legislative Research Commission quoted by Senator Schroeder. It found that prevailing wage requirements increase labor costs by 51 percent without a proportional increase in quality. Bill Finn cited another, more comprehensive study.
