Visa-free group travel between #China and #Russia was first resumed in Heihe, Heilongjiang Province, China, in September, attracting a large number of Russians to cross the border to Heihe. During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays this year, Heihe received more than 600,000 tourists, recovering to 184.9% of 2019.
