When a alleged Catfishishcing victim is allegedly violating a court decision that protects nine stars Sophie Monk when he visits his director's officer, he faced new charges. Brian Rapley was allegedly violated by a Magistrates' Judge to protect Monk last month. Rapley previously claimed that he was a cat's victim by a monk imitator. Brian Rapley was seen in CCTV in May In May, an existing incident obtained the CCTV of an unwanted visit, holding a rose in Monk's house by Rapley. Monk wasn't there at the time, but he said that the vision was terrified. After the incident, a peace judge ordered Rapley approach Monk through a lawyer or not contact him in any way and go his home or workplace within 500 meters. He seems to be talking about intercom and he enters the building. Rapley enters foyer and then climbs the elevator where security vision ends. According to Monk's manager, Patrick Green was claimed to have knocked on the office door and wanted Monk. He recognized Green Rapley and immediately called the police. Sophie Monk has an Avo against Rapley The officers moved to Rapley this morning at his home in Western Sydney, where he was accused of violating an Avo. The police rejected the bail and met the court this morning. The prosecution told the court that his case was strong and that Rapley posed an unacceptable risk for the victim if he was released. Rapley told police that Monk had used the name Sophie Meuller on Instagram and invited him management office to get him because he wanted go home. Magistrate Judge George Breton said Rapley's "Sophie Monk well aware of the person he wanted, that Sophie Monk, ministrative company is connected to the person who a protection." Rapley hadn't visited office for the first time, and Monk claims that he did same when he couldn't find him on Anzac Day. Rapley will go to court next week.
