The biggest problem encountered in bucket systems is rope breaking. The ropes, which are not controlled / replaced on time and subjected to overload, can break off. In order to minimize this risk, to make the rope life longer and to prevent buckets to fall MEKA uses Double Rope Lifting System (WS) in its Skip type batching plants. In addition, the bucket can move staidly on the rail.
