This is an end-to-end demo showing Blue Prism + BPC Interact. It is built to support a series of post on LinkedIn I have been writing around Blue Prism for attended automation.
This process starts with a Customer Service agent entering details about a person looking to establish utility service at a home they will soon move into. This is done in Blue Prism Cloud Interact.
Within Blue Prism (core platform), the process extracts address & contract details related to the current occupant of a home where utility service will be changed to a new owner. The process then:
- Populates BP Cloud Interact with contract details to be used later by a Customer Service Agent
- Prepares a PDF correspondence to notify the current occupant of the service change request as well as options to settle their balance or move service.
