All of my America friends thought I was crazy for planning a visit to the Russian town of Barentsburg on Svalbard in the Arctic Ocean. I couldn't have been more excited! This mining town falls under Russian law and is nearly abandoned. Is is safe for an American to visit?? Check out the video to see!
