At a community outreach event in Robbinsdale, residents turned out to learn more about the planned Blue Line Extension light rail project. The route is now slated to go down County Road 81. “Light rail will bring people in and allow businesses to utilize the area,” said one resident. But not everyone is so sure. “There’s a bus station down the road that nobody uses. It’s chained and vacant, so what makes you think people are going to use light rail?” said resident Tyler Wilcox.
