Kane lake is one of our favorite backpacking destinations. The waterfalls this time were spectacular. You hike through a meadow, dense forest, rock fields, and at the end a pristine high mountain lake at 9,239 ft. surrounded by 11,000 foot peaks. The lake is located in the Pioneer Mountain Range.
