Planting potatoes, from making the furrows, to planting and fertilizing, and covering them back up. We use 6-24-24 fertilizer, been doing it this way for 17 years and it works. We use a middle buster to make the furrows and our homemade hiller/bedder to cover them up. It's a true family affair, we all pitch in and get it done, though the tractor has picked up more and more each year. Our next purchase may be a potato harvester, but we'll see how this year goes.
