Ahead of the controlled detonation of a World War II bomb at a construction site in Upper Bukit Timah on Tuesday (Sep 26), Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan – the MP for Holland-Bukit Timah GRC’s Cashew ward – spoke about the situation at Senja-Cashew CC.

He noted that residents he spoke to were calm and composed, and thanked government agencies for “very intensive” preparations over the last few days.
