There is a lack of women being promoted to senior positions and an underrepresentation of women at conferences. How does the Quantum community view gender equality?
The Gender Equality Working Group of the Quantum Flagship set up a survey, asking more than 740 people about gender inequality and unconscious bias. The results point out gender inequality as an issue that needs to be addressed.
