Former US Vice President Joe Biden's campaign has gained momentum after he picked up a number of states in the all-important Super Tuesday results.
Mr Biden picked up the states of Alabama, Arkansas, North Carolina, Virginia, Minnesota, Massachusetts , Oklahoma and Tennessee.
Bernie Sanders managed four Super Tuesday state wins, proving victorious in California, Colorado, Vermont and Utah.
Voting is still being counted in some states, including Texas.
Mr Biden also picked up the majority of declared delegates so far, ahead of Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and Michael Bloomberg.
