Hi YouTube, here is my idea to add Angelic Crucibles into the base game of Diablo 3. I think it also offers an opportunity to fix primal items and make them much more rewarding to find.

First we are going to take the powers off the Sanctified Items. I like lots of these build altering powers and some can be incorporated into the main game by adding them as legendary affixes on current non meta legendary items eg Crusader bracers that auto cast Fist of Heavens.

Next, we allow an Angelic Crucible to allow you to reforge a primal item as a new primal item. This means that once you find aa primal you want to use, even if it's stats are bad, you can reforge it as primal until it is perfect.

Second when you find a primal you don't want, when you salvage it, you get an Angelic Crucible. This means that any useless primal is now a primal reforge stone of sorts.

To make this worthwhile, you would have to nerf the drop rate of Angelic Curcibles in the game a lot. But having them be rare would mean you are now excited when you find one, and also are very exciting at finding any Primal item at all
