Two Russians have been charged in connection with the nerve agent poisoning of former spy Sergei Skripal. Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov have been charged in absentia with attempted murder and use of the nerve agent Novichok. The Kremlin remains skeptical of any Russian involvement and that sentiment is being echoed around the country.
