I get a lot of questions about "what kind of curve do I have?" The only way to know for sure is to have a professional assesment. Curves are almost as individual as each one of us. These videos that explain curves are meant to give you a little insight into how we begin to assess the shape of your spine. And talking to your doctor should be your first stop! An X-ray will tell you if you have an S-Curve (3 or 4 curve in terms of selecting the correct exercises) or a C-Curve. Remember that the advice in these videos is never meant to replace medical advice. Always ask your doctor if it is safe to exercise first!
