Welcome back to Phobia, an Ultra Hardcore group that exposes its players to a new fear each season. In UHC, health does not regenerate normally, and players must instead use golden apples or health potions to heal. The last player or team standing wins.
In this third season, players develop pyrophobia—the fear of fire. All water and ice in the map has been replaced with lava. Water is unobtainable, meaning players have no way to douse themselves if they catch fire. All mobs have been given fire resistance to make them unfazed by the change. Obsidian can still be found uncommonly underground, and decaying leaves also have a small chance to drop sugarcane.
