Calcium silicate cement-based materials are increasing in use amongst clinicians. Recently, AH Plus Bioceramic Sealer (Dentsply), a pre-mixed tricalcium silicate cement-based sealer, was released on the market. Base on recent study(JL Sanz 2022, IEJ), AH Plus Bioceramic Sealer exhibited a significantly higher cytocompatibility and bioactive potential than the epoxy resin-based sealer AH Plus on human periodontal ligament stem cells.
